I teach practical nervous system and resilience skills through workshops and 1:1 class sessions. You’ll learn tools and practices you can use every day to manage stress, strengthen emotional balance, find balance, and feel more grounded and self-compassionate.

In sessions and workshops, we explore gentle breathwork, calming and energizing techniques, and in-the-moment tools for working with thoughts — practical practices you can carry into your daily life.

Drawing from my experience acting with Broadway and regional teams, my solo work (The Green Room 42 and other venues), and my background in education and wellness, I offer inspiring, insight-driven coaching and directing.
