Through hands-on classes and 1:1 sessions, I teach mindful yoga, happiness skills, and nervous system tools you can use every day to feel calmer, more balanced, and more self-compassionate. Great for everyday life, performers, presenters, students, seniors, and professionals. I also sing and encourage others to join in a song at the end of some classes.

Have some favorite, short stories from your personal life you would love to share? Let’s practice here! Each class is tailored to the specific set of students. It includes warm-ups and exercises from self-care and yoga, happiness research, and acting to warm up the body, voice, mind and heart for storytelling. The storytelling part of the class includes individual, partner, and full group activities to select, share, and practice the personal stories you’d like to tell. We finish the series with an optional full-group in-class performance. I bring my background in yoga & wellness, acting, singing, teaching, and performance into each class.

1) SELF-CARE, yoga & WELLNESS CLASSES
I teach practical nervous system and resilience skills and movement through workshops and 1:1 class sessions. You’ll learn tools and practices you can use every day to manage stress, strengthen emotional balance, find balance, and feel more grounded and self-compassionate.
In sessions and workshops, we explore gentle breathwork, calming and energizing techniques, mindful yoga, and in-the-moment tools for working with thoughts — practical practices you can carry into your daily life.

3) COACHING & DIRECTING for ACTORS, PLAYWRIGHTS & PRESENTERS (50-60 mins):
Drawing from my experience acting with Broadway and regional teams, my solo work (The Green Room 42 and other venues), and my background in education and wellness, I offer inspiring, insight-driven coaching and directing.
Whether you’re exploring a character, refining your acting instrument, clarifying how to apply your performance skills in your next job pursuit—OR preparing for auditions, performances, or presentations, you’ll gain practical tools to feel more connected, motivated, and confident — so you can tell your story and communicate your message clearly and with impact.
